Return/Refund Policy

Text Live will gladly offer a full refund for items that are returned within 15 days of receipt.

Text Live will provide reasonable support via phone and email to help resolve any customer technical difficulties with installing and running the software. Customers are expected to watch the included tutorial DVD before installing and running the system.

YOU MUST CALL 888-767-7545 PRIOR TO SHIPPING FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE RA NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX WILL BE REFUSED AT DELIVERY.

Make sure to include your receipt (or copy) with your return.

Any cost associated with returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Modems, USB cables, Software Discs, and other returned hardware must be in brand new condition. Items that are damaged, worn, scratched, etc. will not be accepted.

Text Live is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. It is recommended that tracked shipping via UPS or FedEx is used when returning items.
